Reserve a Room

You can reserve library meeting rooms for public gatherings of a civic, cultural, or educational character. There is no charge to use our meeting rooms.

Meeting Room Policy and Regulations

To use the meeting rooms, you must agree to the Meeting Room Policy (PDF, 143 KB).

Some of the regulations include:

  • All meetings are open to the public.
  • Commercial or fund-raising gatherings are not allowed.
  • Meeting rooms are available during scheduled library hours. This includes set-up and break-down.
  • You may reserve a room up to two months in advance.
