Event Details

Body mechanics is a term used to describe the ways we move as we go about our daily lives. It includes how we hold our bodies when we sit, stand, lift, carry, bend, and sleep. Poor body mechanics are often the cause of pain and injury. Proper body mechanics can alleviate pain, prevent injury, and improve your overall well-being.
Professional running coach and Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist, Neal Butler, will lead a workshop in the fundamentals of proper posture and gait for standing, walking and running.  He will help participants learn how improve their coordination, strength and flexibility so that they can perform physical tasks and exercises with ease.
You can visit Neal online to learn more about his training philosophy at The Fundamental Runner. Please register.
