Poor body mechanics are often the cause of pain and injury. Proper body mechanics can alleviate pain, prevent injury, and improve your overall well-being.
Professional running coach and Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist, Neal Butler, will lead a workshop in the fundamentals of proper posture and gait for standing, walking and running.
