Learn what it feels like to become better attuned with your body with an Awareness Through Movement® class, a form of somatic education taught by Feldenkrais Method® practitioner, Mary Rudd. By exploring how you move, learning to notice and sense your body's unique patterns of walking, standing, reaching, turning, etc., you can learn new and more efficient options for using yourself. Students eventually discover that becoming more in touch with their body means becoming more settled in their whole being, and feel grounded and energized by new possibilities.
