Event Details

Instructor Chris Chandler leads this full-body workout class that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired movements. Using lightly weighted drumsticks engineered specifically for exercising, POUND transforms drumming into an incredibly effective way of working out. This workout can be modified to accommodate all fitness levels. Sanitized cardio drumming sticks will be provided. Participants are encouraged to bring their own yoga mats, towels, and water.

Masks are recommended during the program as advised by CDC and JCHD.

Registration is required.
