Certified REFIT instructor Karen Adams leads a fun movement class focused on cardio, toning, balance, and mobility. This one-hour class combines positive music with powerful movements. Our goal is to smile as we sweat and get our bodies really moving! Low impact modifications are also presented. Everyone can have fun getting REFIT! Be sure to bring water, leave your insecurities at the door, and see how fun and exercise can work together.
