Certified REFIT®️ instructor Karen Adams leads a fun movement class to work on our cardio, toning, balance, and mobility! This one-hour class will be low to mid-intensity, no equipment needed, so everyone can have fun getting REFIT®️. Our goal is to smile as we sweat and get our bodies moving!
