Dr. Tallio is a board-certified Lifestyle Medicine and Physical Medicine physician. She will discuss our relationship with food and how it has the power to nourish and heal our bodies. She is passionate about empowering people to make healthy lifestyle changes and has a special focus on the role of diets in disease prevention and reversal.\n\nDr. Tallio also has certification-level training in Plant-Based Nutrition\, Life Coaching\, Culinary Medicine\, and Mind-Body Medicine.
